Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms", "Terms of Use", or "EULA") carefully before using the imfine iOS application (the "Service") operated by Hanhan Studio ("us", "we", or "our").

Standard Apple Terms of Use (EULA)

By using this application, you also agree to be bound by the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). These terms establish the legal agreement between you and the Application Provider for the use of the App.

1. Acknowledgement

You and the Application Provider acknowledge that the EULA is concluded between You and the Application Provider only, and not with Apple, and the Application Provider, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Licensed Application and the content thereof. The EULA may not provide for usage rules for Licensed Applications that are in conflict with, the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions as of the Effective Date.

2. Auto-Renewing Subscriptions

imfine offers premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions ("Pro"). If you choose to purchase an imfine Pro subscription, payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.

• The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

3. Privacy & Emergency Services

imfine is designed to provide safety check-ins and send automated alerts to your predefined emergency contacts. However, it is not a replacement for professional emergency services (such as 911). We do not guarantee the delivery of SMS or Email alerts as they are subject to third-party network conditions. We assume no liability for the failure of alert delivery in actual emergency situations.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Hanhan Studio, its affiliates, agents, directors, employees, suppliers or licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, this service.
